Can I use my Intel GMA Out Put and ATI Radeon as a Dual Out Put ?

I have my Onboard graphics which are currently off and I have a PCI ATI Radeon Video Card can I turn on my GMA Graphics and use it like a dual monitor setup ?|||The ATI card may support dual display. I do know you have a choice in BIOS of one or the other. They use the same resources and can not run at the same time.
